Shipping policy
At Beast Gym Gear we are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing a smooth shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines how and when we deliver your orders.
Where we ship: Australia only. Sorry, we can't ship overseas yet.
When your order leaves: we pack and send every order within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, not public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next business day.
How it's sent: Australia Post, with tracking. Standard (Parcel Post) usually arrives in 2 to 6 business days depending on where you live. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
What it costs:

Standard: $10 flat rate on orders under $75

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more

Express Post: $15, 1 to 3 business days, free on orders over $100
Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is sent.
Wrong address? Email us straight away at info@beastgymgear.com. We can change it if your order hasn't been sent yet. Once it's with Australia Post, we can't redirect it.
Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived 10 business days after it was sent, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll sort it out with Australia Post and make it right.
