Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia):
    Cost: AUD $12.00
    Delivery: 2-6 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping (Australia):
    Cost: AUD $15.00
    Delivery: 1-3 business days

  • Free Shipping (Australia):
    Available for orders over AUD $100
    Delivery: 2-6 business days

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery time: 7-14 business days
    Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on our website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Beast Gym Gear.
