Refund policy

Our Return and Refund Policy includes and does not seek to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the consumer cancels a sale, refunds will be based on the Office of Consumer Affairs Guidelines. For returns, we follow Office of Consumer Affairs guidelines. Refunds may be issued with a 15% deduction for administration costs. 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Beast Gym Gear is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If an item shipped by us is deemed incorrect as per your order or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you need to return an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the charges associated with shipping the return.

Please note: All sample sale items from our sample sale collection are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified.  If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact us at support@beastgymgear.com.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
